Medication, clinician visits, your coach, dose adjustments, and shipping. No add-on fees.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Talk to us. We'll adjust the dose, switch your coach, or help you cancel future renewals. If a licensed clinician determines that you are medically ineligible for treatment, you will receive a full refund; other refunds are limited by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What's the difference between compounded and FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient by a licensed pharmacy when prescribed by a licensed clinician. They are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. They are not represented as generic versions of, equivalent to, or the same as FDA-approved drugs. Your clinician will discuss whether a compounded medication is appropriate for you.
Is this HSA / FSA eligible?
Yes — for both the medication and the clinician visits. We don't take insurance. Eligibility depends on your plan and the specific expense; check with your HSA/FSA plan administrator.
How fast can I start?
Complete your intake today. A clinician reviews your information within 48 hours. If prescribed, your first dose ships within 5 business days.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — online, without a call. Cancel by pre-filled email, write to support@store.healed.care, or use chat in the patient portal. To avoid the next renewal charge, send your request at least 72 hours before the next billing date. Completed charges and medication already ordered are generally nonrefundable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the complete rules.
What happens when I reach my goal?
Your coach keeps working with you after you reach your goal, and your clinician reviews your dose at a quarterly cadence once it has settled.
